I’ve heard you can take a calcium/magnesium supplement 3 days before your period (if you track it) and during your period which helps supply a bit! I don’t have personal experience with it though (haven’t got my period back yet).

It’s normal for your supply to drop during periods due to the change in hormones. Just keep feeding or/and pumping, staying hydrated, eating plenty and try get as much rest as you can (easier said than done I know) Coconut water and an electrolyte drink worked wonders for me xx
