Also my sickness meant my iron levels were low and this made me super tired, I’d ask for a blood test if you haven’t had one recently just to check everything’s ok! Now I’m on iron tablets I feel much better x
I have been struggling as well, no appetite for food, only snacks. I bought a blender this week to make myself juices and smoothies, just to try and get more calories in.
I haven't had any nausea but I've struggled with acid reflux ans indigestion from day 1, to the point that every meal, especially dinner, would put me off. One meal that worked for a while was white rice and avocado, and a side of protein like grilled chicken. If you can stomach it, it's good fats, carbs and proteins, tasteless enough that I didn't spend the night suffering, but gave me energy.
Hiya! I’ve suffered terribly with this and with sickness and food aversions. I’m a little bit of a picky eater anyways, so when all the foods I liked suddenly made me want to vom/actually be sick or completely didn’t fancy it wasn’t good. I’d just say you gotta experiment with lots of different things and just eat what you can manage. Itlll hopefully calm down soon (I turned a corner this week, nearly 24 weeks). I just survived on toast and cereal (but I went off milk so no milk!), and cut up apple and satsumas for a while. I made a note of all the things that made me feel sick (orange juice, sausages, etc) and just avoided them. Sometimes I’d fancy a meal (really fancied fish and chips) but as soon as I was eating it realised it wasn’t good for me and had to stop. Felt so sorry for my husband cooking Me food that I then realised I really didn’t want!! and I didn’t know until I smelt it! 😬Just listen to your body and hopefully it’ll get better soon 🙏🙏🙏
