Teething ?
Would you say this is a sign of teething he also has runny poop suddenly and very smelly

My little boy is having the same!! Yesterday he went 4 times?usually once a day an they smelt real bad. 🤣 he also has same cheeks didn't know whether if it was the cold weather on his cheeks or teething as I can't see no teeth lol
I wouldn’t say that was teething, but I could be wrong. Are there any other symptoms like a temperature/ sore throat? Wondering if it’s something like Strep A, as they normally get a bit of a rash with that. Might need antibiotics if it’s strep. Hope he’ll feel better soon!
@Robyn the issue is where there are no teeth ☺️ once they start coming through, they’re fine!
