I threatened to punch my (male) coworker in the face this week because he was complaining about being tired 😂
Yes my boyfriend literally told me I act like a victim because I told him I don’t get enough sleep .
Omg yeah hahaha like I totally get “tired” is all relative, and like everyone feels their own relative version of tired, but unless you’re pregnant with a toddler… don’t say it around a pregnant woman with a toddler!! 😂 My toddler sleeps 12 hours through the night and I STILL feel this simply bc my pregnancy insomnia is SO bad I sleep about 20 mins off and on all. night. long. 🙃 Like it’s so true what they say, newborn+toddler is 10x easier than pregnant+toddler 😂
I get it, I do. But I have to actively remind myself that I'm not the only one that's allowed to feel tired, even if my exhaustion is/seems worse. (It's so I don't absolutely hate my husband when he says it)
Yes! I definitely feel you, I have a May 2022 toddler too! and work full time (high school math teacher) and ready to punch a coworker that complains she's tired multiple times a week.. The coworker that gets under my skin lives at home with her parents, no kids, no boyfriend, no bills and no responsibilities.. It drives me nuts. But I also see it on the face of my other coworkers who have kids that they are annoyed by her complaining too, so at least there are others that make me feel less irrational for feeling that way
@Kyla tooootally. This has always been my mindset. But this week specifically I had my fiancé, and my parents tell me how tired they were. While I’m here 35 weeks pregnant moving and unpacking and organizing our new home basically by myself. So I was just about to lose my cool. 😂 But I normally l hold the space that everyone has a right to experience whatever they are experiencing and if I take offense to it it’s my own issue. 😆 So I appreciate that reminder kyla 😊💛
Yes and also when ppl complain that there's toys and crap on the floor

I get mad when I say I’m really tired and in pain and ppl say Im being dramatic and I’m the worst pregnant person and I didn’t do anything to get tired from
I can validate other ppls feelings it’s not a competition but don’t tell me I shouldn’t be tired
Or that my pain is in my head because maybe they didn’t have pain when pregnant
Sleep during pregnancy feels nonexistent so I feel you there.
