We love doing muffins and cookies! Most out there thing we’ve done was gravy but it wasn’t great lol
Mmm I made I something really creative that I probably can’t recreate if I wanted to (which I do.) it was really good. Basically I made a dough to ferment annd then added pumpkin purée, sugar, and spices and made muffins. I say it’s creative because the dough was very much a thick dough so incorporating the stuff made it not fully mixed but I went with it and it turned out really good. The whole reason I did it like that is because I was using a recipe that had starter but the flour added was dry so it’s not fermenting, which defeats the sourdough benefits.

How about mini pizzas, steamed buns (bao), or dumplings? I can’t wait to make my babygirl sourdough stuff once she can eat!
