BF mums - Have your periods become regular again? Mine seem to come every 5 weeks now with occasional in between spotting

I started having periods again 2 weeks pp and mine have been pretty regular since about 3 months pp
Just come back and it was SO heavy! I’ve never known it like that before, it was horrible! Luckily it only lasted a few days
