My son lost his two front teeth on the top but there are no signs of his adult teeth coming down. Is this normal?
My son lost his left top front tooth on Halloween and his other top front tooth a week ago. I haven't seen any sign of his adult teeth coming in at least for the first front tooth that was lost. Is it normal for it to take a long time for them to come down? He has a dentist appointment on Tuesday. Is this something that I should bring up with the dentist?

@Khyia he's 6. He lost both his bottom front teeth and those came in just fine. But the top front seem to be taking a long time to grow in
Okay that’s a normal age. The other post I seen the kid was like 2. But it can take a long time for some teeth to come in like 6 months (again google) but if he has a dentist appointment coming up it wouldn’t hurt to bring it up.
@Khyia yeah. The more I think about it, the more concerned I am getting so I'll just bring it up during the appointment

How old is your son? Cause from another post I saw a bunch of months ago I googled it (so could be wrong) but they aren’t supposed to lose baby teeth before a certain age or it could cause problems down the road with spacing and what not
