My hospital didn’t supply anything, unfortunately. I used Tucks pads and they helped tremendously. I put them in the fridge for extra relief!!
@Olivia yes putting them in the fridge does help! My hospital supplied me with Tucks, I just continued ordering them on my own one I used all the ones that the hospital applied me up...
The Frida mom brand, they have wipe/pad liners and also foam I found the foam helped me immensely!
