Isn’t snacking good for breastfeeding? Sorry if not, I’m only 2 months in with breastfeeding so might be wrong!
@Naomi yes but I feel like I'm snacking when I'm bored not just feeding? I don't know if that makes sense
@Sky riiiiight, gotcha! I’ve heard chewing gum is good then, as it tricks your belly into thinking you’re eating, and sort of fills you up x
