Does your two year old regularly…

1) wash their hands at the sink 2) drink out of an open cup, no adult help I’ve been wondering whether I should have taught my boy to do these things by now or not…

My two year old washes his hands with my help and drinks out of an open cup no help

He has been drinking out if adult cups since six months old obviously with me doing it and getting alot of the drink over himself 😅 but in time he now can do this skill, not to say it doesn't spill all over alot of times

He can wash his hands, bit if I dont help him he just stands there playing with the Hand-wash to make bubbles and the water making the place a mess. And yes to drinking from an open cup. But they learn so quickly, so it's never late. X

My girl can do both of these things, but isn’t trustworthy 😂 drinking from an open cup often results in water being thrown everywhere and washing hands just wants more and more soap and to splash with the water! 🤦‍♀️

My son does both ☺️

My son washes his hands and can drink out of an open cup but I tend to avoid because he will walk with it or tip it still and spill it😂 but he can drink without spillage

My little boy does both, but hand washing defintiely needs supervision as it’s mainly putting his hands/full arm under and repeatedly putting soap on…

Yes to both, the open cup she’s been doing since drinking water tbh as she refused to have it any other way! But she is now very good at this and rarely spills, only ever if she hasn’t set it down properly. And she loves washing hands but nursery do it with them too which helps ☺️

Mine will ask to ‘wash hands’ but really he just wants to play with the water 🤣 it’s really hard to get him to wash and not play. Can also drink from an open cup but if he walks around with one the whole thing ends up on the floor 😂
