I usually give a banana and oat bar in the morning and she still eats her toast and cereal at nursery. Then in the evening I will do a snack plate such as , bread sticks, cucumber sticks, fruit, crisps etc. My girl eats a lot and is always hungry x
We do a milk feed and a smaller breakfast - either cereal or a brioche if we are running late and some berries/banana. And then normal dinner at 6 when we get home. She also gets 3 meals and 2 snacks and milk at nursery too.
Can I ask what cereals people are using for their LOs? It's such a good idea but I have no clue where to start! I give mine wheetabix sometimes but she's not a fan.
We have an extra dinner when he gets home. Whatever we’re having, sometimes he eats loads sometimes he just picks but I I know then he’s going to bed with a full tummy x
I give me LO fruit in the morning so he’s not hungry or super full, works well as his breakfast at nursery is always cereal! Sometimes I’ll give him porridge or a small bit of whatever I’m eating in the evening before bedtime!
@Kate won’t lie I give mine anything as long it’s not chocolate or super sugary! He loves rice crispies, shreddies, multi grain hoops ect x
We give a small bowl of cereal for breakfast and then a small portion of whatever we are having for tea x
