Baby food and snacking

What are you feeding your babies? My almost 13 month old is eating so much, she almost eats the same amount I eat lol I don’t know where all that goes! I need ideas for snacks and meals to add more variety! We prefer natural and homemade options, but open to hear about healthy prepackaged ideas you may know about! I’ll start: Breakfast: •Breast milk upon waking up •Then mini egg fritters with cooked carrots or potatoes. •Or banana pancakes. •Fresh fruit (blueberries, strawberries, bananas, raspberries, etc) •Yogurt (we are barely feeding this and still trying out as she’s allergic to milk protein) Lunch: •Shredded chicken thights in tomato sauce with mashed potatoes, or pureed taro, avocado and a side of fruit or homemade apple sauce. Dinner: •Shredded meat (beef, lamb, chicken, duck or salmon) and a side of veggies and fruits. •Sometimes we make pasta, but not too often. •side of cooked bell pepper (she loves this!) Snacks: •Chicken sausage •fresh fruits •apple sauce with cinnamon. Yes I feel I spend most of my day cooking and food prepping for my little one 😅😅

Yes I need ideas for in between meal time snacks!

I need ideas as well. My baby has been loving avocado and canned corn lately. She would eat a whole can of corn or green beans a day if I let her I swear.

We just feed her whatever we eat. Breakfast rotates depending on the morning. Some things we do are: -yogurt with berries and flax seed -cottage cheese with either fruit or a veg -eggs with cheese and then whatever veggies/fruit we have (onion, tomato, bell pepper, avocado) -waffles (when she’s teething we give her a frozen one with her yogurt) Lunch: -usually left overs from the night before -chicken nuggets (usually home made, sometimes Dino nuggets if we’re lazy that day) -grilled cheese or quesadilla -pasta or Mac n cheese *we bought a ton of nuggets and Mac n cheese for her birthday party, so we’re trying to use that up Dinner (whatever we’re having, we just cut it appropriately): -always some kind of veggie -steak or chicken -rice or potatoes -we do spaghetti usually once a week -chicken and rice bowls are another regular meal Snacks: -this is where we buy the fruit/veggie packs from Costco -homemade “trail mix” (cheerios, freeze dried strawberries, puffs and yog melts

Omg same with feeling like I’m cooking all day, or feeding her all day and doing all the clean up etc just to do it again! I like this website https://www.yummytoddlerfood.com/
