Meal timing/plan

My little one loves breakfast so is only consistent in eating quite a bit then (weetabix or toast), rest of the day he just survives on yoghurts and snacks. He will not try anything else. Still breastfeeding, does not like cows milk so try to give with breakfast Can you share timing of your meals or types of food you're giving. I dont know how to improve his meal timing/or intake.

We get up between 5-6, she has a 6oz bottle then breakfast around 7.15-30ish. (Wheetabix, cereals, toasts, pancakes, yoghurts etc) Snack around 9-9.30 (fruit, oat bar, crisps) Lunch around 11-12 - sandwich, toast, pasta, fruit etc (dependent what she has for breakfast) Dinner at 3.30-4 (what ever we’re eating) Bottle 8oz Bed between 6-6.30 😊 Some days are still hit and miss lol

My little boy is exactly the same, loves breakfast but won’t eat a proper meal the rest of the day unless he’s at nursery, I’ve been stressing so much about it for the last few months

My son is a bit of a bottomless pit when it comes to food😂 6/6.30 wake up and 6oz bottle 7.30ish breakfast, normally Weetabix with fruit 10 snack, could be an oat bar/a savoury muffin/veggie fritter/crackers 12.30 lunch, maybe a sandwich/savoury fritter or pancake/fish cake/scrambled egg and I normally do veg with it like cherry tomatoes/pepper slices/cucumber sticks/avocado/sweetcorn 3.30 snack, some fruit or a biscuit 5.30/6ish dinner, sometimes he has what we eat but often we eat later so he has his own meal, he likes chili con carne, pasta, meatballs in sauce etc and veg like carrots, peas, broccoli, beans. He normally has a bit of fruit or yogurt after. And he still manages 6oz of milk at 7.30 before bedtime!

Thank you guys this is very helpful! I'm going to try earlier breakfast (currently at 8.30ish) and see if that helps with being hungry for lunch
