Ladies!! I’ve started taking probiotics… the ones for women!! I’ve been trying different brands and I’m currently on FreeSoul intimate flora for women!! This stuff has got my periods soooo under control it’s crazy. My first period since taking these has been the lightest period ever… no cramps… so so light! Like I’m loving this. I had no idea probiotics could get your periods u see control. Who else take probiotics specifically for female intimate wellness?! What other good brands are out there. I am drinking Happy juice, it's from 3 powders mixed together. One is probiotics, prebiotics, phytobiotics, 2nd is for energy and 3rd for mind like focus and motivation. I haven't had my period back as I'm breastfeeding but I have so much energy (4 kids under 7, youngest being 7 months). I started when I was pregnant and then stopped for a bit and now again for like 2 months consistently and I never felt so much energy and motivation, I'm more happier too, my Hubby is shocked that im not very grumpy all the time 🤣

I tried a few things after having my daughter but stopped when I took ashwaghanda and it gave me a period of heavy bleeding for 12 days. If I was going to take something else I'd go to a proper herbalist and get a recommended blend based on their expertise. Napiers in Edinburgh, for example.
