How can I get rid of cellulite on my legs ?

I’m very athletic. Run everyday and weight training 2-3x a week as well. Still can’t get rid of the cellulite!

How heavy do you lift? Light weight training can help a little, but if you want to lose cellulite you need to lift HEAVY. And replace that fat space with muscle. Look at my peanut page and follow my Instagram. I give tips on it. I used to have a lot for years played sports my whole life until I started doing functional training and lifting heavier

Diet obviously plays a significant role in it as well

My diet is pretty good. I meal prep my entire week and it’s very low carb, majority vegetables and the rest is plain shredded chicken. I don’t lift super heavy maybe that’s the problem

CoolSculpting is not effective for treating cellulite that is caused by loose or sagging skin. Whereas cellulite’s a skin and elasticity problem often due to a lack of collagen. Better to look into Endermologie, Cellulaze, sculptra, or other laser or Radiofrequency treatments. Eat high lecithin rich foods like spinach or flaxseed. Try incorporating bee pollen into your diet. Pollen contains all 22 amino acids humans need to survive and is especially high in proline and hydroxyproline, the building blocks for collagen.

The best thing you can do in my opinion is focus on your health and well-being. We all have a bit of cellulite. It is reduced through weight lifting and a protein focused healthy diet. But if you’re healthy and strong and well… does it really matter? A lot of it is genetic and focusing on a few stretch marks or a bit of cellulite is just pointless in the grand scheme ♥️ I’m sure you’re beautiful and that everyone who loves you would agree with me

How’s your water and salt intake. Also, a lot of times dairy causes cellulite.

@Jen is not pointless some ppl. Want what they want.. if they can't get face or body they want.. they go to plastic surgery or get any needle possible to inject. Sometimes it's genetics. White skin is prone to cellulite and sugar diet. Carbs are sugar

@Ali she was pointing out it’s pointless to try all of the Fad diets or exercises bc it could be genetic or due to loose skin etc. she’s not referring to it’s pointless as in don’t absolutely do nothing. She’s just making a point that she’s beautiful no matter what. I think jens comments is the best one on here. She’s one of the only ones expressing that she’s beautiful no matter what

@Ali carbs aren’t sugar but they turn into glucose reserves and store as fat if you don’t use them up as your primary energy source. People have misconception about carbs; they’re actually necessary in your diet - that’s where you find all the fiber that helps you with digestion
