The best thing you can do in my opinion is focus on your health and well-being. We all have a bit of cellulite. It is reduced through weight lifting and a protein focused healthy diet. But if you’re healthy and strong and well… does it really matter? A lot of it is genetic and focusing on a few stretch marks or a bit of cellulite is just pointless in the grand scheme ♥️ I’m sure you’re beautiful and that everyone who loves you would agree with me
How’s your water and salt intake. Also, a lot of times dairy causes cellulite.
My diet is pretty good. I meal prep my entire week and it’s very low carb, majority vegetables and the rest is plain shredded chicken. I don’t lift super heavy maybe that’s the problem
