2 babies
I currently have a 10 month old and another baby due in May. I’m genuinely so terrified of being alone with the two of them. When my partner is home it will be a lot better but when he’s not is it gonna be as bad as I’m making it feel like it’s gonna be? And I feel so guilty that my first baby might not get the attention that he needs :(

Hey bbg, I have an almost 11 month old and an almost 1 month old. My partner works nights and two days after having my youngest he went back to work. My advice, invest in a baby wrap. If your oldest has their own room, a baby gate. So you can still shower but not have a toddler to worry about running around. Let the house go for a little bit but not too much you get overwhelmed. Have dedicated one on one time with your toddler. Involve your older kiddo how you can. Mine will play in the living room while we feed. If you want a friend. Message me. I’m in a similar boat.

I felt the same way when i had mine so close together. They are a ueat and 3 days apart. When the baby was born i was so worried about how my oldest was gonna be affected by it. It is hard but they will be the best of friends and your oldest will be happy to tdy and help you with the baby. You will be able to find the balance with them to give both the attention they need and deserve.
