i went through the catholic school route and it was very good & none of us are catholic so it’s not important to be catholic to go.
@Emma so we live in the b60 area but it’s about a 10-12 min drive to oakenshaw maccies. I feel like redditch is more diverse than where we currently live so that’s why I’m thinking to choose redditch schools
@aimee its more about it being diverse in general. I just don’t want my child to feel like the odd one out and I want them to be around all different types of people
it is a very diverse school, me and my family are sikh and didn’t ever feel like the odd ones out there because there were so many different cultures that were all respected, but i understand your hesitation completely but i had a lovely time there and the education is very good x
@aimee oh okay that’s perfect for us! Would you mind sharing the name of the school so I can have a look? X
i went to mount carmel first school, st bedes middle and then st augustine’s catholic school. all of them had really diverse classes x
@aimee thank you so much hun! Really appreciate it, I will look into them!x
Where bouts do you live in Redditch? X
