Mine gets 12 but it’s not at full salary 😅 so we’re planning on splitting it up like on and off so we can still make it work

Mine gets 3 months paid but I have to use FMLA for my maternity leave lmao

@Autumn omg what does he do?

2 weeks 🫠

I live in NY so he can take 12 weeks within baby's first year like I can. It's only 66% pay though so it makes things tough

3 days ……..

None. he used his regular vacation days/sick days. 1st birth he took 1 week, 2nd birth he took 2 weeks.

12 weeks fully paid

@Brittany he’s a semi driver for CCFS but the 12 week policy is a CO state law thing! but I think the program doesn’t pay his full salary only pays up to a certain amount, like 1300 a week I think

My husband last employer gave 3 weeks (this was 3 years ago) His current job gives fathers 6 months leave. Mothers get 12 months (they match your base salary during leave). And you get to keep days you don’t us. So if I had a baby today and husband takes 2 months off—he can spread the other 4 months around and use it whenever he wants no questions asked. This is what we plan to do when we have future kids (if he’s still with the same company)

WA state here- he gets 12 weeks I get 16.

Mine had a week not paid and forced his employer to allow him to work from home for 2 weeks more lol

@Autumn dang, good for you guys and good on Colorado!

my husband doesn’t get paid leave only unpaid leave. when i found out i literally had a mental breakdown lol

None. He’s self employed and works a commission only job. The only good thing is he can work from home.

Lol zero. He just saved his vacation days to be able to take a week or so off

Mine gets 12 weeks for the first year of child life. When the twins were born he took just shy of 8 weeks off and plans to do more during the summer to avoid working in the heat this year 🤣

My husband gets 10 weeks paid in his current position (we’re not having any more kids) At the time of my son being born his position allowed 6 weeks unpaid so he took 3 weeks off

My husband technically doesn’t get any, but he has 2 months of pto saved that he’s gonna use and his work approved it

I believe mind gets somewhere between 6 and 12 weeks

Two weeks but it's just his vacation and sick leave that he's saved up

When our girls were born he got 6 weeks but if he took it he wouldn’t get his bonus for 3 months which was about $6 an hour and very necessary so he just took a week vacation. His new job he gets 12 weeks paid which is insane and makes me want to have another lol

4 months

@Dory Washington here as well. I might add that it’s capped. It’s a certain percentage of your average earnings.

12 weeks fully paid.

None, My husband had to use his vacation time.

6 weeks but it’s partial payment
