Labour Inducing Reflexology
I’ve just been for a pregnancy massage (would highly recommend to anyone feeling as uncomfortable and miserable as me!)
They suggested I book in for labour induced reflexology - just wondering if anyone else has tried this? Not sure if it’s worthwhile or a bit of a scam!

I’ve been getting reflexology for a couple of weeks now and I’m still here at 39+5! Wouldn’t say it’s a scam as I loveee reflexology but I wouldn’t believe that it’ll bring on labour either, strong believer in baby will only come when baby wants to come xo
@Georgia I’ve been told I can have it right up until baby comes, even if I go past my due date! I would highly recommend!
I had this with my first. Had a more gentle session at 38 weeks and then a stronger one at 40 weeks. Made my son kick me a lot in the ribs so a little less relaxing! Labour started a few days later.. hard to say if it helped. But I’m trying it again with my second tomorrow

Are you allowed a pregnancy massage this close to your due date? I have been wanting one but assumed they wouldn’t let me!
