4.2 cm cyst

I’ve been having this cyst since July if was 3.1 cm now it’s 4.2cm I was scheduled to get an mri but my insurance canceled on me so idk what to do no one has talked about removing it or anything I’ve been having night sweats and I’m bloated also some yellowish whiteish discharge I just keep getting told it will go away on its own I don’t know what to do at this point it’s been literally the worst anyone else have anything similar (I’m also a little hypochondriac so now I think I have ovarian cancer :( don’t judge me )
