Things high in protein and healthy fats, like oatmeal, nuts, and peanutbutter. I like those little Balanced Breaks with cheese and nuts but I make my own at home with stuff from aldi 😅 Electrolyte drinks like body armor or gatorade

Oatmeal! With my first, my supply was AMAZING! I ate oatmeal with almost every meal. I was able to fill my entire deep freeze full of milk
