Struggling

I have no friends I don’t really speak to my side of the family as they don’t really bother with me. (There been a lot of issues ) I feel very lonely all the time. Even tho I’ve got my partner and our son and my partners family. I feel I have no one. I’m always worrying about my health (I many health issues ) I always feel angry / sad I get very frustrated quickly. For an example my partner will ask me to make him a cuppa and I always feel a wave of annoyance go through me and just get so irritated. I feel I never stop. Always got the house to sort out never ends. Idk what to do anymore.

Please do reach out for support it sounds like you could benefit from talking to someone. Not sure where you live but there are usually counselling services you can self refer to in your local area (free on nhs). Also try your local children’s centres they are really supportive. The house work will always be there, this isn’t the season of our lives for an immaculate home but when the children are older this will change. Try and make peace with that if you can. There is an app called the organised mom method for cleaning and it gives you tasks to do every day for 30 mins so your house is always clean… I know some people who love it so that might be an option. It does sound like you need to prioritise getting some time for yourself to do something that you like and take some of the pressure off you. What kind of things did you like doing before you had your son?

@Claudia thank you for your kind response. I will try and get in contact with the gp and see what they can offer to help me. I think I might have depression which wouldn’t surprise me with everything I have been through. And tbh I didn’t do anything before I had him. As I was 19 when I had him. I never got the opportunity to do stuff I liked because of lockdown etc. my health is a massive problem and set back for me as I can’t do the normal things what people my age do (I’m 22). X (I’m also from Suffolk and near Ipswich ) x
