We did shakshuka on sourdough toast for breakfast this morning and baby loved it
- Fry onions in olive oil, add plumb tomatoes, bell peppers, mixed herbs, smoked paprika and cumin, then add an egg to poach. Can add a bit of cheese too if you like.
Banana and blueberry oat pancakes
- blend oats, add an egg, add some mashed banana and blueberries, and some cinnamon, and add any nut butters you like and mix
Banana and blueberry porridge or apple, add nut butters, oats, milk, with a smashed fruit of your choice and some cinnamon

-Oven dish, chicken, potstoes, onions and tinned tomatoes with some olive oil (baby loves this)
