36 week C-section schedule?
Hi there, due to genetic blood issues my ob scheduled a C-section at 39 weeks w my first but I went into labor close to 37 weeks got to the hospital fully crowned and instantly got an emergency C-section. This was very traumatic. Is there anyway I can schedule a C-section at 36 weeks or 36.5 or even 37 weeks w my second? I heard second borns come much faster

The best advice I have as another fellow c-section. Mom and i've had two is talk to your doctor every doctor is a little bit different and hospitals are different.So the best case is to talk to your doctor
Doctors will not schedule a c section until 39 weeks unless is it medically necessary/there is an underlying medical condition. There is critical lung development still happening until 39 weeks, and second or third babies happening early or quickly is not a certainty. Even pregnancy and birth is different.
