I’m back to back as well. I’ve always walked everyday with my dog and bounced on the ball. Still it could be the shape of your pelvis and not anything you’ve done wrong. A lot of baby’s do turn when in labour but I’m planning on the possibility that he might not and thinking about an epidural just incase. I’m also 37 weeks x
My first was back to back and I was very active through pregnancy, it’s nothing you’ve done! I did end up having an epidural! The baby still has time to move x
I’m also 37 weeks + 2 days, iv been active throughout pregnancy and the midwife said there is still plenty of time for baby to move around. Using the birthing ball and adjusting your positions in labour can help too. Don’t worry 🫶🏼
I had my first baby sunny side up 🙃 there was a lot of attempts to get him out/to turn but he didn’t want to. They tried forceps & vac with no luck, I had to have an episiotomy to help get him out. I was also induced and the whole thing from start to finish was just under 4hrs.
We need to stop blaming ourselves for things that aren’t in our control 💖💖💖💖 I’m sure you’re doing the best you can and know! I’m 37 weeks today as well! Very nervous and overwhelmed for what it’s coming 💖💖💖💖💖💖
I birthed my first back to back. It does make jt more painful, I needed an epidural and whilst it numbed me down there k still felt all the contractions and pain in my back. They also used suction to turn her as she was coming out. But it was all ok :)
