Baby moving from cot to bed
When did you find your baby was ready to move from their cot to a bed/cot bed? We aren't close to doing so yet, LG is only 10m but I'm just curious x

My eldest just turned 1 when she went into a toddler bed, she hated the cot.
We moved to a toddler bed around 1 and a half
Thanks - I'm always thinking ahead of myself so thought I'd ask lol x
We didn’t move our eldest until two months before she turned 3 (and that was only because baby brother was going to be needing her cot a few months after that). But she always slept well and never tried to climb out. And she went into a normal size single bed. Not sure what we’ll do with our second as he’ll probably want a bed sooner 🙈
We took the side off the cot at 2.5 as he no longer wanted to sleep in a cot. For his 3rd birthday we bought him a single bed
My little one is 20 months now and still in a cot 😊

I’ve just moved my boy to a toddler bed, he is 2yr 10m. He had started climbing out of his cot so converted his cot to the toddler bed for his own safety 😂
