She told me to limit alcohol/caffeine/fizzy drinks as these all irritate the bladder. She also told me how to do pelvic floor exercises properly and how many reps etc to do
There is an app from nhs squeezy (less than 3 £) that helps with reminders and tracking the time and exercise
I’m 7 months pp and it’s not any better probably to much info but if I’m sick I wee and if I cough sneeze or anything I would also love to know when it stops happening x
