Hi does anyone know if you can take extra under seat bag if you are travelling with a baby 17 months who doesn’t have own seat TIA

I flew a couple of weeks ago with them and had a backpack (change bag) and also a toiletry bag thing with toys in it and no one said anything. Both just went on the floor x
did you also have your own carry on tooo ?
