Does anybody know what this could be?
Just picked up my daughter from nursery and noticed this - do you know what this could be? She doesn't seem to be itching.

Definitely looks like heat rash x
My son had this and it was eczema some kind of reaction to new washing powder Is she itching x
Thanks we took her to the GP and they said just keep an eye on it. She hasn't got a temp and she's been itching it. So yes maybe itsna reaction to something or could be heat rash! Thanks 🙏
It looks a little like a heat rash but can’t say for sure! I’d call the doctors just to be safe xx
