Hair loss ☹️

I don't know what it's called when the sides of your hairline go back.. not sure if it's widows peak or just a receding hairline but mine is major! Any suggestions on growing hair back or new hair? I know minoxidil is a popular choice on TikTok. Any other suggestions?? My husband said I look like this..😂🙄

I’m dealing with this as well, I genuinely think if I lose anymore hair I might have a psychotic break.

I've been lacking in the self care area so my hair has just been in a messy top bun which I never have my hair like this so I guess I never noticed it but now I'm insecure so I need a solution ASAP😒 @Kianna

I had a friend recommend me rosemary oil or to steep some green tea. Don’t know if it works though.

Could it be post partum hair loss? Or hair loss from your bun pulling out hair in that area?

put rosemary in your shampoo will help for your hair to not fall out also rice water

No I never have my hair in a bun & I feel like I've always had it I just never noticed and my hair is really curly and long so it covers it @Raqi

How far along postpartum are you?

3 months @Neena

Postpartum hair loss is hormonal I’m afraid Incog. It can take up to a year for them to settle down and start seeing new growth - or you end up like the rest of us in which case it’s permanent. My hair used to be so thick it would break hair bands. I reckon I’ve lost 50%. Has never grown back 😭

Omg my step brother used to love that shoe growing up haha dragon ball z I think is wheew that pic is from lol

Those messy top buns are probably contributing to the problem as they are causing an accumulation of traction around your hairline. You need to let your hair down - literally.

My hair has always been this way. It's nothing new. And I never have my hair in a bun.. so I don't think it's traction or postpartum effects

If your hair has always been that way then that’s good news in one way so it won’t be hormonal, but bad in another meaning it’s genetic. It’s called receding widow’s peak and the only way to get your hairline back would be to get a hair transplant done. In the meantime you can use Toppik spray or hair fibre spray to cover up the loss temporarily.
