Definitely visuals But also make sure he’s ready as a lot of children with autism I have worked with aren’t ready until older
We just recently got his diagnosis but he can sign and say words when he wants something we worked on this very early as we suspected he was autistic. I will definitely incorporate visual cues more because he seems to respond positively to that. Thank you!
