Feeding baby when travelling?

My baby is 10 months and he loves his food and is on 3 meals & formula. We are travelling for a week and I am just wondering what kinda meals I can be giving him? I don’t want to just be feeding him pouch food the whole time. He can obviously have fruits & some veggies boiled etc but when we are out and about what kinda things do you give your littles on holiday?

I usually make two batches of baked goods that I can freeze and pull out the day of the travel that will usually last the first 4 to 5 days and I know that they’re at least getting so Home made quality ingredients even if it’s not as well rounded as usual. Definitely was a help to not just reach for packaged snacks the entire trip. Where are you travelling to? What style of accommodation will you be in? Is there grocery stores or cafes where you will be travelling? This would help give them more well-rounded answer

Avocado. Banana. Plain rice (always available in Asian restaurants). I once asked a restaurant to grill 1 lamb chop without salt / pepper - my son loved it

It depends on how strict you want to be, we travelled to Bali and China when our son was 10 months old and fed him everything off our plates (e.g. chicken, bread, fruit, veg) except for obvious junk food (like chips, chocolate, ice cream). He was completely fine since by that point he’s been exposed to all common allergens and we knew he could tolerate a variety of food :)

I went to Thailand when my daughter was a similar age and took a bunch of pouch food as back up incase the food options weren’t good or she was really fussy, most days she would have had at least one pouch but we were able to get by on other things that were around. Our hotel had a great buffet breakfast so I’d often keep a yoghurt, muffin or piece of fruit each day from that which helped! It’s only one week, don’t be hard on yourself if you need to pull a pouch out here and there x
