What are these?
Im wondering if this is possibly teething rash? Or some type of allergy? Sometimes they aren’t noticeable but other times the flare up and turn super red!
Shes breastfed and some formula (kendamil organic infant) ill post another picture in comments..

Maybe baby acne? If worried always go to the doctor.

My LO had the same around 4-6 wks. I was told this was him adjusting to hormonal changes (ie, maternal hormones weaning off)
