Everol sequi

Wnet to another doctor who has upped setraline from 100mg to 150mg also have hrt patches I have irregular periods when should I start them also has anyone upped setraline before and how are they now x

OK, ta. You can start your patches at any time, because your periods are irregular. Make sure the patch you put on for the next two weeks are the ones with oestrogen only. Then use the others (which also contain progestogen). 🩷

Be patient and consistent - put a reminder in your phone/ on your calendar when to change your patches... It can take a little while for things to settle down, and you should give things around three months before discussing with your prescriber 🙂🩷
