HEALTHY Crockpot Pierogi Casserole
Here's an easy, fun crockpot recipe kids will love:
Cheeseburger Pierogi Casserole
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 box potato and cheddar pierogies (or any flavor)
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
1. In a skillet, cook and crumble ground beef. Drain excess fat.
2. Place cooked beef in crockpot and stir in soup, broth, mustard, garlic and onion powders.
3. Top with an even layer of frozen pierogies.
4. Cook on low 6-8 hours or high 3-4 hours.
5. Top with shredded cheese during last 30 mins cooking time.
