I say weeks and then when it hits the date I say months so my baby was born 2nd of October so he’s 15 weeks today but will be 4 months on the 2nd of feb x
Months and weeks are different measures of time. That’s why medically professionals won’t measure pregnancy in months as it often doesn’t correlate to the weeks My boys are 13 weeks tomorrow but not 3 months until Friday. The only month that truly is 4 weeks is February. All others are longer
My baby is 12 weeks tomorrow, but won't be 3 months until the 24th. We're going to start counting in months and half months now, so when people ask we'll say 3 or 3 and a half months etc
A month is approx 4.5 weeks. 4.5 x 7 = 1 month. I was confused also towards the calculation for gestation being 9 months but 40 -41 weeks. It comes out correctly 4.5 ×9 = 40.5 weeks😊 so the age in weeks would be different than in months. Baby will be 1 months old the same day they were born after 1 month. 2nd oct born = 2nd nov -1 month, 2nd dec - 2 months and so on. Hope this helps😇
Weeks and months will never match because there is 28 days in 4 weeks and usually 30 or 31 days in a month. So 4 weeks is not 1 month, and 8 weeks is not 2 months , etc etc. So they are seperate measurements
@Lauren I do this!❤️
I see it as 3 months from the date they were born, so my girl was born on the 18th and will be 3 months this Saturday x
