Do you use Whole Milk or Toddler Formula?

I transitioned from breastmilk to whole milk and my son lost his appetite 🤷🏻‍♀️ I thought it was a age thing but we ran out of milk and this week I have been giving him the Nido toddler beverage and this boy is saying EAT EAT EAT 30 minutes after milk and is eating like a champ. I gave him whole milk today and he is back refusing breakfast and if the pattern follows he will only get hungry around 2pm. I know toddler beverages are not recommended but I might make the switch if that means he will eat more real food. Anyone experienced the same? If you give toddler beverages what brand do you use? We did Kendamil for formula but they are out of stock all the time now.

Lol I use NIDO too! And all she says is EAT EAT EAT! 😂😩 she woke up this morning and the first thing she said/signed was MILK!

They don't need to consume dairy but they do need the calcium vit d protein etc. No need to replaces mothers milk with any animals milk.

@Alina I know but my son is a dairy monster and asks for milk religiously every morning and after dinner. He tried almond milk once and threw his cup across the room 😂

@San I guess I will keep using this one then! My son also asks for milk every morning 🤣 I was able to cut milk during the day but morning and after dinner is non negotiable. I saw that the Nido doesn’t have added sugar so thats good!

@Ana Moore oh crap I'm sorry I skimmed your post lol Ummmm for the most health benefit.. goats milk 🥛

@Alina thats my option one with Kendamil. Unfortunately in my area they go super quick and Target is even limiting 2 per customer. I will probably search for non formula goat milk. Thank you!

My son didn’t like milk after breast milk, but I tried almond milk and he likes that

Nido is more like powdered dry milk than it is toddler formula in terms of its composition

Actually we've warmed up whole milk ☺️

Though he still gets mommy milk, warmed up whole milk he also accepts ☺️

( that was an idea from hubby , since he's used to mommy milk being warm)

@Ana Moore meyenberg makes a good goat milk, I've drank that on occasion

@Elizabeth my son loooves warm milk! My only complaint is really only taking away his appetite. I will look up this brand, thank you!!

Soy milk, warmed

Raw is best, imo if it’s nearby
