Days worth of meals

Hiya I feel like we've gotten in a rut with my 13 month olds meals she is currently having 3 meals and two snacks. She likes most things but not eggs or peppers I want to be able to offer her more variety does anyone have an example of what they are given their LO for the day????

I have a bit of rotation. Breakfast is some sort of fruit, with either egg (I add avocado to his eggs he won’t eat them plan but this gets him to eat them lol) oatmeal or yogurt Lunch I try to do some sort of vegetable and something easy like nuggets, Mac and cheese or sandwiches, rice and meat. Then dinner is whatever me and my husband eat modified for him. Hope that helps!

Breakfast we seem to swap, toast with either egg or avocado, or porridge or pancakes with fruit and yogurt. Lunch something like a pastry, pizza crumpet, dinner left overs, soup or pasta with salady bits like cucumber, tomato, spring onion, maybe grated cheese and more fruit if still hungry. Dinner is what we have or something out the freezer I've batch cooked for him fish cakes, veg tots, various stews

So todays example is; Breakfast - scrambled egg baked beans and toast Lunch - tomato and lentil soup and a few tomato puffs Dinner - beef stifado (Greek) with mashed potatoes and peas Dessert - frozen yoghurt mixed with banana raspberries blackberries and blueberries Snacks - strawberry biscotti and a shortbread biscuit Tomorrows plans; Breakfast - Porridge with banana Lunch - chicken soup with tomato puffs Dinner - Sausage, mash and baked beans Dessert - Greek yoghurt with banana
