@rissa im 30 🤣 Man the back pain like it’s weird it’s like a tightness
It’s your abs! I would recommend PT! I am currently in it because I had a back injury as a teen, a rough pregnancy that included 5 weeks of hospitalized bed rest, and messed up my back again last week bending over 🤦🏽‍♀️ Also 30 lol
@Kiarra omg I was thinking maybe it’s cuz I’m badly out of shape from having two kids back to back Can I not do work outs at home to help? Can’t afford PT nor do I have the help to watch my kids
It's also caused by being overweight.. And yes, after having kids not taking good care of your body will worsen back problems
I had a lot of trouble bending over and lifting, especially in the morning, for quite a while after my son was born 14m ago. Back pain but also incredible weakness. I'm feeling a lot better with that now that I'm back to strength training. Not sure that's the answer for everyone, but if nothing else, you're definitely not alone in struggling with postpartum pain!
@Amanda it’s most definitely is the answer! How do u guys find the energy at the end of the night to exercise? I’m pooped out when I’m done caring for my two babes
Change your habits; take vitamins, eat better, drink lots of water. To boost your energy. I work 12 hrs a day and still am able to come home and cook sometimes, not all the time, but it does help tremendously since changing my everyday habits.
I try to get up before baby to exercise, or exercise during his naps. But I work from home and he sleeps through the night until at least 9 most mornings.
I’m praying things get easier when both keeps are older 🤣 I have a 6 month old and a 19 month old
Yes, you can work out at home. Start slow
