To all the Jan moms who had there cutie little babies already. Hours before you had ur first real contractions… what did you feel like?

Before you started feeling the real ones… did you start feeling jittery? Anxious maybe? No idea on why you were feeling that? Any other things you felt right before true labor contractions started? For me, I’ve been having on and off false or prodromal labor contractions for 3 weeks. They have the same feeling and never get to a certain point and stop. I never felt differently or anything. But right now, I am feeling in my back and front and my mind just seems off. Like I feel literally different. Jittery, shakes, and a bit light headed too. The pains feel different than the past 3 weeks. Maybe I’m just being hopeful or I’m thinking into it too much. But something definitely doesn’t feel right. (Not in a bad way) just different.

i just had my baby sunday! My contractions started slowly at 3am and i didn’t have her until 8pm, but the day before i had got 12 hours of sleep which i hadn’t done my entire pregnancy and had a lot of energy! i had a feeling something was off and sure enough i had her the next day!

I didn't really think I was in labor. I was about to go grocery shopping and just felt an urge to poop and kept getting cramps in my back and then when I called the doctor and followed their rest and drink water instructions my water broke. 😅

try not to think anything of it and just monitor and time contractions to see if they fall in line with 5-1-1 rule

remind yourself baby may want to cook longer than 40 weeks even 41 1/2 less stressful thinking the more baby will sense you’re all ready for the big day
