Bleeding!

How bad is the bleeding? I would suggest contacting your doctor ASAP if it looks like a period and/or there’s clumps.

Hey, I’d go and get checked lovely, whenever there is bleeding in pregnancy, that’s a reason to go into the early pregnancy unit to get checked out xx

@Ana it's not constant it was just when I wiped and some in pants but there doesn't seem to be anymore. There wasn't any clots either it's just strange. I'll definitely go tomorrow to get checked though!

Go get checked by that far along the bleeding should stop the second trimester is supposed to be the easiest

Oh good that it might be gone, that it wasn’t bad and no clots. I heard it can happen and that you shouldn’t be concerned unless it’s like a period and there’s clots. Can never hurt to get it checked out anyways, glad you’re going.

Defo get checked out, I had same bleeding only when wiping and also felt a gush come out. The blood was pink. They said everything was okay. Read my hospital notes and googled some words and it said I had a small cyst that popped.

I experienced exactly the same at 12 weeks, just there when I wiped once (and a tiny bit of brown blood the next day) and everything was fine, they couldn’t see a reason for the bleed. I got referred to EPU for a scan through an out of hours GP as it was over Christmas, I just had to wait a few days because it wasn’t a large amount. Xx

@Ellie yeah I had a scan yesterday and they said everything looked fine and that I could just bleed occasionally with this pregnancy and some people do! I Don't feel as worried now just hope everything stays ok!
