I'm right there with you! Do you have a support belt, if I wear mine consistently it's not as terrible.
If I lay down after a lot of movement through the day, I can’t walk either. Some things that help me manage: -Yoga ball hip rotations -Supportive donut pillow that takes the pressure off your tailbone -Epsom salt baths -breaking up standing & sitting -standing against a wall with my back flat against the wall for spine relief
Ask your doctor to start seeing a Physical therapist now. Better than waiting until after birth ...
