Baby bump

Hi mamas! So I’ve hit 30 weeks today! And I’m a little self conscious about my bump, she’s tiny for 30 weeks and I was just wondering if anyone else is in the same boat as I am? The bump photo below I took yesterday and I’m just a little bit of an overthinker so I just wanted to see if there were any other mummas in the same place as me

Hiya! It's a beautiful bump, mine looked the same at 39 weeks had a really small bump - she ended up being a little one but still precious i wouldn't worry!

@Olivia thank you! I’ve just so self conscious because obviously I am a bigger woman so I know she wasn’t gonna show as much but I’m glad to know others have been in the same place as me x

I thought I had a tiny bump and everyone told me so…my chickee ended up being 8lbs 15oz. 😂 So the bump can be deceiving!

Im self conscious about my bump because I have stretch marks 😩 my belly is huge so it’s the opposite! Although I would suggest maybe just wearing bottoms that accentuate it instead of cutting into it! Yours is a cute bump you just have your waist band cutting through it!

@Liz I can relate a lot to this. I’m 5 foot 2 with wide hips. Your bump is so beautiful 🩷

I had a huge baby bump and my baby turned out to be tiny! It doesn’t matter hun, you look gorgeous!

@Stephy thank you❤️ have just noticed you aren't far from me😅 if you ever need a chat feel free to send me a message! X

@ED93 you look amazing! Beautiful bump! 🩷

@Stephy I was bigger and I didn't feel like my bump was big until the last 3 weeks and my LG was born at 38weeks (I was induced as it was Christmas last year) she was and is fine the only thing I would ask at your next scan is how big the placentae is. Because that can contribute to the smaller size/bump mine was the size of a duck breast

I had a really tiny bump and ended up having a 7lb 2oz baby. It doesn't really matter how big or small your bump is,everyone's different. All that matters is you have a healthy and beautiful growing baby in there!Xx

Some babies just don’t stick out as much, my SIL looked so much bigger than me but I think it was because she was very thin before lol. I had more room for the baby to grow so my body didn’t have to expand so much lol so I think that has something to do with it. I think you look very healthy though and shouldn’t be concerned

I appreciate all your comments! I’ve been so worried that she maybe a little too small but reading your comments has brought some comfort to me x

My bump was so small that I didn’t start wearing any maternity clothes until the week b4 my daughter was born and could wear my regular jeans up until the month before. She just didn’t hold forward at all. I remember telling my coworkers close to my maternity leave and they all had no idea 😅 My daughter was on the small side (6lbs 9oz) but everyone just carries so different.

@Kristen same here… exactly same size and everything 🤣

I was tiny! Then near the end it popped and came out of nowhere x
