Going back to work is so hard💔 I don’t even want to think about it.

You can do it, I’m a FTM with no family here in the Country, all through my pregnancy it was just me and God, no Family or friends and my baby is almost 2months, this group has been a life saver plus i check everything online and I ask questions, you’re lucky your mom was with you, just know that you’ve got this

@Clarissa we are 6 weeks postpartum now. Follow up appointment was fine. I’m all healed. I’m scared because every time she cries my heartbeat spikes and I want to run away. Just me and baby here. Sometimes baby’s dad visits, but not for long. He can’t handle crying either.

When my mom left I was sad too but honestly I feel like it’s what helped me grow. You only grow and progress by being uncomfortable. So know that you CAN do this without her. Will it be easy? No, not at first but you can totally do it. You’re the mom and can follow your instincts!
