Change to smell down there..

I’ve never had a problem with this before and I thought initially it was just whilst I was still bleeding but has anyone noticed that they’re generally a little bit smellier down there since having their baby?? (I had a c-section) it’s not an infection as I’ve been to the GP and I’m not bleeding any more. (8 weeks PP) it’s really annoying, feel very self conscious about it
