Midwife appointments

I have my 16 week appointment in 6 days time (I’m due on the 9th) so I’ll see what mine says!! Seems like a huge gap though 😳

I think if it's your first baby you have another appointment in that time but for subsequent babies yeah they leave you waiting til 28 weeks!

My app indicates there should be one at 25 weeks also. But it's my first baby so not sure if that makes a difference.

I had my 16 week appointment on Tuesday and my next one is booked for 25 weeks but that’s because it’s my first baby! I have a leaflet somewhere that details when the appointments are!

I have my 16 one when I'll practically be 19 weeks as a slot couldn't be found 😩 it feels so long. With my first I had more appointments yes.

Yeah I would, it should just be with your community midwife.

It is crazy. I have just checked and yes for 2nd pregnancy it is only 5appointments all together, whereas last 3 appointments are in last 6weeks, so basically nothing between 0-34.

Had mine today (also due July 1st), and the next one is booked in for 25 weeks, but I’m a first timer so likely had something to do with it!
