Lub start out with playing with toys and work your way up. It’s amazing after you figure out what your doing and your limits
Start with fingers or toys to loosen the sphincter. The closer to the size of the penis you can stretch the sphincter the less pain you will have. On top lessens the pain as well. Don't let them just try to shove it in as that can cause tearing which will be uncomfortable/painful even the next day
