You already have a R and a D so I'd go with a different letter, Penelope is lovely and can be Penny if you want

Rupert, Doug and Rose sound the best when said together IMO

I love Rupert, Doug and Penelope but I also love Rupert, Doug and Dorothy as people will probably shorten the name to dottie, so it’ll be Rupert, Doug and Dottie😊
