Carseat and baby

If my husband is driving and I'm in the back with baby, is it illegal to take her out her car seat and hold her or nurse her if she's crying?

Yes, it's illegal. If the car is moving, the baby has to remain in the car seat at all times. Pulling over to a rest stop, parking, or going to like a gas station is a good alternative.

Yes it is! Just pull over.

Yes!! Not safe! Pull over for nursing

Its illegal and dangerous

My son’s father did this! I was driving on the highway in GA where speed limit MUCH higher , they were in the back seat …. In the rearview I saw my son’s father who was completely intoxicated….. pull my infant out of his car seat almost 75 mph bc he was crying! Happened within seconds!! On another occasion, I was driving alone with my son…. He threw up, had to pull over on the side of the road , crying uncontrollably….. so unsafe, cars wizzing by us….. I had to clean him up and put him back in his car seat to get to safer destination! 💔

@Clara Philip this is incorrect. It is very illegal and not safe.
